How do I take them?
Follow the suggested use on each label. Immuno D3: take 1 capsule daily, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. Immuno Biotic: take 2 capsules daily. Immunopoint: For daily use, take 1-2 pills each morning. If you start noticing that you're getting sick, take 2 pills 3 times per day until your symptoms go away.
